- Office Coordinator and Intake Specialist. Duties include but are not limited to: screening potential new clients; answering phones; managing ingoing and outgoing correspondence; managing office files and supplies; greeting people; drafting cover letters; managing the calendar; overseeing leave and sick time of employees; and helping with trial preparation. College degree not required. Must be highly organized and comfortable with computers.
- Paralegal. Duties include but are not limited to: drafting complex pleadings, separation agreements, letters, discovery requests and responses; summarizing financial documentation; meeting with clients; and coverage of phones as needed. Familiarity with Word and Excel required. Paralegal certification not required. College degree not required.
- Entry Level Family Law Associate Attorney: Duties include but are not limited to managing own family law caseload, going to court, meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements. No prior experience necessary and we offer lots of hands-on training and mentoring. If you have recently passed the Virginia bar or are finishing clerkship, we encourage you to apply.
